As someone who has recently spent a week at Finca Los Barrancos, I can confidently say that this expansive villa exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the sheer size and beauty of the property.
First Impressions
Driving up to Finca Los Barrancos, I was immediately impressed by its grand entrance and well-maintained grounds. The property's two separate houses stood proudly amidst lush greenery, promising ample space and privacy for our large group.
Accommodation
The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our party of 12. With 6 bedrooms spread across two houses, everyone had their own space to retreat to at the end of the day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, reflecting the local Andalusian style.
Outdoor Areas
Pool and Terrace
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the large swimming pool. We spent countless hours lounging by the water, enjoying the warm Spanish sun. The poolside terrace, equipped with comfortable loungers, became our favorite spot for afternoon siestas.
Alfresco Dining
The outdoor dining area was a dream come true. We enjoyed most of our meals here, savoring local wines and fresh produce while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
Indoor Spaces
Both houses featured well-equipped kitchens, making it easy for us to prepare meals when we weren't exploring local restaurants. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for gathering in the evenings for games and conversation.
Location
One of the best aspects of Finca Los Barrancos is its location. We flew into Faro Airport, and the drive to the villa was surprisingly short and scenic. During our stay, we also made a day trip to Seville, which was easily accessible thanks to the villa's proximity to Seville Airport.
Local Exploration
The villa's location allowed us to explore the best of southern Spain. We visited nearby beaches, toured historic sites, and indulged in delicious local cuisine.
