We came from Poland to see and spend time with our daughter and her family who live in Santa Maria de Palautordera. The house was perfect for the family get togethers - warm, spacious, with a big table and full kitchen facilities, with a fireplace and some wood supply - which we appreciated very much visiting in February. There were three of us - me, my husband and my brother so the two bedrooms and especially two bathrooms were a very comfortable arrangement. Warm, or rather hot, water was available all the time. Our grandson enjoyed a big bathtub very much - he bathed in it a few tines before leaving for his home in the evening. We were able to adjust the temperature in the house according to our needs, and to dry the towels on an electric drier as needed. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable. We had a limited use of the outside facilities because of the time of the year but we managed to have one meal outside on a terrace. The garden is big and nice so it must be a great asset when you stay in Nit Rural in a warmer season. The owner lives in the other part of the house and an easily respond to any current needs.
